The TAACO staff is now offering an animal care and control and animal care facility consultant service. If your city or county are desiring to build an animal care facility or operating an animal control department, let TAACO assist you in your efforts.

With many years of animal care & control and law enforcement experience, TAACO can save you time, effort and MONEY. From designing a modest shelter, to a multi-million dollar state of the art facility, we can do it all. However, our focus is on the communities of 1,500 to 25,000 in population, desiring to construct and operate an animal care facility. We plan for the most bang for the buck and functionality.

Our service starts out with education and planning. We may not know exactly what to do every time, but we certainly know what NOT to do. There are certain parts of constructing and or the operation of an animal care facility that can not be compromised. We try to stretch your funds as far as possible and keep you in compliance as well as do it correctly.

We walk you through all the laws governing animal care, state requirements and certifications. We also offer facility staff training. Meetings with counsel members, county commissioners, and/or humane board members is strongly recommended from the beginning.. Do not make the same mistakes as others, and put something up to “get by”, it only makes the problem worse.
